We walked the property and reviewed everything that needed done. They were able to complete most of the job on the first visit, with only minimal wrap-up necessary shortly afterwards. I am writing to commend you on the terrific staff you have. On Friday March 22, your crew of Dustin, Lee, and John, installed a whole house backup generator for us. Before they came out someone had suggested to us that we lay a concrete pad for it. That meant calls to Julie and Chad to verify it’s placement. They were both so polite and helpful. Then came the crew. They were great fun! Don’t get me wrong, they were very professional, but easy to talk to. We had to call the propane company back out to install the proper regulator and they worked hand in hand with him. I never realized what the job entailed either. They were efficient and patient. They did a great job cleaning up too.
